Hollywood film animator Jonny Hall will talk about his career and give advice and tips on how to break into “the business” at a special Tec Hub talk, Telling Stories, Making Connections.
The animator who has worked on films including the Oscar-winning Gravity, Angelina Jolie’s bewitching Malificent and Guardians of the Galaxy will be at the hub on Wednesday, November 26 from 3pm to 5.30pm as part of the Eastleigh venue’s ongoing monthly Meet The Expert series.
The initiative, supported by the European-funded Recreate programme, sees Tec Hub open its doors once a month to students, graduates, and businesses working, or aspiring to work in, the creative digital and tech industries. As well as guest speakers passing on invaluable business advice, the day is designed to allow like-minded individuals the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other creatives.
Jonny is a graduate of the University of South Wales (formerly Glamorgan University) and as well as his work on blockbuster films he has worked on the animated series Tooned for Sky Sports F1, commissioned by McLaren, which starred Jenson Button, Sergio Pérez and comedian Alexander Armstrong.
